V G Siddhartha - Chief Founding Trustee
Siddhartha is the Founder and Managing Director of Amalgamated Bean Coffee (ABC) Trading Company (1992), a group managing more than 5000 acres of coffee and amongst the leading coffee exporters from India. ABC owns the national chain of Cafe Coffee Day outlets and Coffee Points.
He received the prestigious Economic Times’ "Entrepreneur of the Year" Annual Award (2003) for creating a successful and enduring national brand and lifestyle chain Cafe Coffee Day from the coffee commodity business. He is also the Managing Partner of Global Technology Ventures, Bangalore, a domestic Venture Capital firm investing in technology companies, and a successful stock market investor who took over Sivan Securities Ltd in 1984, turning it into a highly successful investment banking and stock broking company. Siddhartha is associated with several Technology companies like Mindtree Consulting, Liqwid Krystal, Way2Wealth and Ittiam
Poornima Jairaj - Executive Trustee
Poornima is a actively involved in the sourcing of entrepreneurial talent, and the creation, strategy and growth of many software companies, including Kshema Technologies , and Mindtree Consulting, Global Technology Ventures and Sivan Securities. She is currently a Director with Global Technology Ventures; Founder Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs, Bangalore; Chairperson, Basava Residential School for Girls, Bangalore; Mentoring resource, NS Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, IIM, Bangalore.
She is an alumnus of The Delhi School of Economics and has a background in education. Poornima has taken up initiatives to contribute to the current and future needs of quality in education in India.
Javagal Srinath
Javagal Srinath has straddled eras, captains, coaches, and countless bowling partners to emerge as India's finest fast bowler of the last decade. Among his greater contributions has been the relationship he has forged with the future of Indian fast bowling. He has played as a Right Arm Fast Medium bowler with the Indian Cricket team from 1992 and has been a member of major teams such as Karnataka, Gloucestershire, Leicestershire for many years.
Srinath’s belief in the “mentoring approach” to sports development in children has been incorporated into the curriculum. His active association with the school places him as a role model for the students for development of excellence and character.
Subroto Bagchi
Subroto Bagchi is the Vice Chairman And Chief Operating Officer of MindTree Consulting. Prior to co-founding MindTree, Subroto was Vice President, Product Realization at Lucent Technologies. Other assignments included setting up Wipro's six Sigma initiatives as Corporate Vice President, Mission Quality. He also headed Wipro's global R&D division as Chief Executive, overseeing its growth from an 80-person cost center to a 600 person-strong international "lab-on-hire," that designed technology solutions for Fortune 500 technology companies. He is also credited with setting up Wipro's U.S. operations in Silicon Valley.
Subroto is a graduate in political science from Utkal University. A prolific writer, his articles on management and technology issues have been published in leading newspapers and magazines across the world. He has been invited as a Guest lecturer to prominent management schools and industry platforms in India, the U.S. and Singapore.
