Please submit the completed application to the school with the following enclosures:

   1. One certified true copy each of the latest School Reports (in English) of the last three school years
   2. Pay Order or Bank Draft for the amount mentioned above
   3. Certificates of Merit if any
   4. One attested copy of original birth certificate of child.
   5. One copy of the latest school report
   6. Three recent passport sized photographs of the student and his/her parents or guardians. (Please paste the photographs and do not staple them)
