Fee Structure
The Annual Tuition fee at Amber Valley Residential School is:
Rs. 1,00,000 for Indian Students (More details)
US$ 3500 for Non-Resident Indians (More details)
US$ 4500 for Overseas Students (More details)
Payment instructions and notes
- Fees are payable in advance for the ensuing term or year, as applicable.
- Fees have to be paid as follows:
* For Indian Students
Payment at AXIS BANK Ltd. Branch counter either by cash or
Demand Draft or Pay Orders (DDs / payorders should be payable at
the same place as the AXIS BANK branch).

Payable at Chikmagalur can be sent to the school.
Netbanking to School account no: 539010100003278 with AXIS Bank.
OR
* For NRI and Overseas Students -All payments must be made as per SWIFT FORMAT FOR REMITTANCE OF US$ to Amber Valley Residential School account.
- In case of outstanding dues, the student would not be admitted into the school at the beginning of the academic session.
- Absence from school without prior approval of the Director/ Principal will result in the student's name being deleted from the School Rolls.
- Re-admission will entail admission fees being paid again.
- If a student is being withdrawn from school at the end of the academic year 2008-09, notice of withdrawal must be received on or before 1 st May, 2009. If the deadline is not met, the first term fee for the following year will be payable by the parent.
- If a student is withdrawn in the middle of the academic year, then he/she will be charged the full fee for the term in which the withdrawal takes place. There will be no reimbursement of the fee paid.
Annual Fee may increase by 10% once every 2 years. The above schedule is subject to change, as advised from time to time by the Governing Council of Amber Valley Residential School on periodic basis.
