Travel Desk of the school will handle and assist parents and wards in the following activities:

1. Visas
2. Guardians visits
3. Ticketing
4. Escort services
5. Drop and pick up with receiving and seeing off students.
6. Hotel bookings.
7. Currency arrangements - Students or their parents, who anticipate the requirement of foreign exchange, should notify the Director Administration, with a written letter from parent/ guardian a week before the date of travel to enable us to organize the foreign exchange.
8. Cultural interfaces
9. AVRS will make hotel bookings for overseas students who are unable to get connecting flights from the city of disembarkation in India.
10. Passports will be kept in the safe custody of Director Administration. Children requiring their passports should notify the Director at least 24 hours in advance.
