Curriculum

To be successful today, a child must have holistic development meaning as individuals they should be well equipped in all walks of life. Education at AVRS helps children choose careers and to exist in society as wholesome individuals. Our unique educational methodology fulfill all levels of intelligence and help build character with the help of social, moral and spiritual values. Educational tools used at our school build qualities like spontaneity, self-confidence, initiative and leadership abilities, which are inculcated into the children along with curriculum. Introduction

Experienced educationists, psychologists, teachers, artists, theatre and sports persons have designed the AVRS Curriculum AVRS is affiliated to the CISCE (Council for Indian School Certificate Examination) which holds the ICSE examinations for Class 10. We have merged the ICSE curriculum with assessment structures and teaching methodologies from various international curricula to forge a unique curriculum with the best features of Indian and international education. The resultant curriculum is learner-centric, with an integrated and thematic approach, developing multiple skills, intelligences and connections through the various stages of child development. At the heart of this approach and curriculum of the school is the focus on self-development and self- affirmation, which is consistently carried into the teaching-learning environment.

Our integrated curriculum promotes absorption of knowledge and divergent thinking and addresses the fact of different learning styles and different intelligences of students.
