LABORATORIES

Science Labs
Well-equipped Physics, Chemistry and Biology Labs with modern apparatus and materials are located in the Academic block. Teachers encourage students to carry out practical experiments to understand every theory and principle of science taught in class. These practical experiments help students understand the use and application of science outside the curriculum.

Computer Lab
The children at AVRS are technology users, well versed and up-to-date with developments in computer technology. The Computer lab houses 25 state-of-art personal computers with laser printers. The computer lab also has collection of Multimedia CDs to familiarize students with technology. Supervised access to the Internet is allowed for research projects and recreation.

Students of the Primary section are taught the basics of computing - Paint, Notepad etc. which are easy and fun applications. The Middle and High school children are taught computer languages/ advanced computer Applications that are a part of the ICSE Syllabus.

Maths Lab
The difficult concepts of Algebra, Geometry and Mathematics are simplified in the Maths Lab. Students handle practical tools like puzzles, geometrical models, levers and strings and other interesting concrete representations of mathematical concepts to strengthen their foundations in mathematics. Practical assignments in the Maths Lab challenge impressionable minds and also serve as remedial measures to improve their understanding of the subject.

Languages Lab
Excellent Language skills are necessary to succeed in today's world. The unique Language Lab has a feedback system where speech is recorded and played back with corrected grammar and pronunciation. The Language Lab helps in enriching and correcting language skills. Our faculty is specially focused on improving English Language skills of the children, as English is the accepted medium of communication in a major part of the corporate world.
